We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team!

Your Role:
• Analyze business needs and translate them into system development requirements.
• Examine processes, monitor system performance results, and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with the Product Owner, development team, and colleagues from different business units to find ways to achieve business goals through digital solutions.
• Actively participate in digital solution development, contribute to IT system creation, and support the implementation of new functionalities.
• Prepare and maintain necessary documentation.

What you need to succeed:
• At least 2 years of experience in business process and IT system analysis.
• Strong skills in system modeling and business process documentation (BPMN, UML).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present well-reasoned solutions clearly.
• Ability to quickly absorb large amounts of information and structure it effectively.
• Ability to understand the reasons behind change requests and propose solutions that meet business needs.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Miro, Visio, or other process modeling tools.
• Higher education degree.
• Fluent in English.

Salary: ranging from 2900 - 3700 EUR (before taxes), based on experience and qualifications.
