We are currently expanding our Finance department and looking for a Investment portfolio manager for Baltics who will ensure efficient management of Investment process in AB „Lietuvos draudimas“, AB “Lietuvos draudimas” Estonian branch, UAB PZU Lietuva gyvybės draudimas, AAS "BALTA" (“Companies”).
In this role you will:
Support the CFO in the development and execution of the company’s investment strategy in line with regulatory requirements and risk appetite.
Monitor and evaluate performance of external asset managers, ensuring compliance with mandates and alignment with the company’s investment objectives.
Contribute to the Asset–Liability Management (ALM) process and capital planning.
Recommend investment decisions within restrictions outlined in Policies of the Companies and other related documents to identify, evaluate, measure, monitor, control Market risks arising from Investment activities;
To make periodic reports and suggest Policy changes to Supervisory and Management boards according to established procedures and time lines;
Cooperate with internal finance, actuarial, and risk teams to ensure consistent investment reporting and control.
What you need to succeed:
Degree in finance, economics, or a related field; CFA or similar qualification is an advantage;
Proven experience in investment management, preferably within insurance, pension, or asset management sectors;
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights;
High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment;
Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English languages (verbal and written).

Salary: Competitive, ranging from 4700 - 5700 EUR (before taxes), based on experience and qualifications.
