We are inviting an Operational Excellence Partner to join our team — a professional who will play an active role in analysing and improving our organisational processes. The ideal candidate will consistently monitor operational performance, uphold the highest efficiency standards, and drive advanced solutions that foster continuous improvement Together with an experienced and dedicated team, you will seek sustainable and innovative approaches that deliver long‑term value for our organisation.
What will your workday look like?
Design, maintain, and continuously enhance operational efficiency standards across the organisation.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within Lietuvos draudimas by promoting proven operational excellence practices and clearly communicating their value.
Identify opportunities to optimise processes and assess the suitability of methodologies and tools to improve operational performance.
Ensure the effective functioning of implemented systems such as ASAICHI, KAIZEN, and others within departments by conducting audits, monitoring process performance, and preparing regular management reports.
Implement efficiency‑enhancing tools across departments, provide expert guidance on operational excellence, and deliver training on newly introduced tools and practices.
Prepare regular operational performance reports for the department and provide insights on the application and impact of LEAN methodology tools.
Sounds inspiring? Great! Here’s what we expect from you:
A university degree in exact sciences, business management, engineering, or a related field
At least 2 years of hands‑on experience applying LEAN, Six Sigma, or other operational improvement methodologies
More than 2 years of experience driving organisational performance improvement, preferably within the financial services sector
The ability to make independent decisions, act with confidence, and proactively initiate change
A strong analytical mindset supported by proven experience working with operations
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build constructive relationships, facilitate alignment, and secure engagement from stakeholders with diverse backgrounds
Experience in managing and implementing change and project initiatives
Outstanding communication skills, particularly in promoting and embedding an operational excellence culture across the organisation
Demonstrated leadership capabilities — the ability to unite teams, inspire improvement efforts, and encourage more efficient ways of working
Innovativeness, openness to technological advancements, and awareness of emerging best practices in the market
Fluent in English
